NCSU Pet Friendly Student Housing

Village Green Apartments has recently become pet friendly! In order to house a pet within the apartment a $250 pet deposit is required as well as a $250 pet fee. There will also be a charge of $20 per month for pet rent. However, even though we do accept pets, there are breed and weight restrictions. Unfortunately, we cannot register a pet if it weighs over forty pounds. If you are interested in registering a pet please contact the leasing office at 919.862.9544 for more information on our policy.
