Pet Policy

Village Green has a limit of 2 pets per unit, weighing no more than 75 pounds combined. You will be responsible to cover flea treatment charges, if deemed necessary upon move-out due to pet in unit. Pet Fees, Rents, and Deposits: You agree to pay Village Green Apartments the following amounts: Monthly Rent: $35.00 (per pet if applicable) - This amount is in addition to your monthly rent. Non-Refundable Pet Fees:$450.00 (if applicable) - This amount is due upon Pet Application and approval. Pet Restrictions: The clubhouse, picnic areas, pool & pool deck and beach-volleyball areas are off limits to pets at all times. Pet must be on a leash at all times under direct control of its owner. Pet shall not be tied to any stationary object outside the apartment unless you are in the presence of the pet. Breed Restrictions: The following breeds have been restricted and are not permitted due to the nature of their breed: American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler’s, Wolf-Hybrids, Any dog that has any of those breed lineages. This Breed Restriction list may change at any time. The complete pet policy is outlined in the pet addendum signed along with your lease agreement.
